Terms of Service for ServiceBrokerFL

Last Updated: August 9, 2026

Welcome to ServiceBrokerFL. By using our website, phone-based AI agent, or automated messaging systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

ServiceBrokerFL provides BiteBot, an AI-powered phone agent used by participating restaurant and service-provider clients to take phone orders, provide vendor/provider information, and schedule appointments. As part of this service, ServiceBrokerFL sends SMS text message notifications related to orders and appointments.

2. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your phone number to ServiceBrokerFL over the phone, you explicitly consent to receive automated text message notifications related to your order or appointment.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order or appointment activity (e.g., confirmations, updates, and reminders).
  • Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details specific to your plan.
  • Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send an automated confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive automated order or appointment notifications unless you re-register.
  • Support (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@servicebrokerfl.com.

3. Limitation of Liability

ServiceBrokerFL provides a phone-based ordering and appointment-scheduling platform on behalf of participating restaurants and service-provider businesses. ServiceBrokerFL is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, pricing, or accuracy of orders or services provided by the individual businesses using our platform, nor for disputes between customers and those businesses.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
